EXCHANGES

Please read ALL of the following:

• Items can be exchanged for an alternative size,  within 14 days of when your order was shipped out. Customer must pay for shipping.
• Items must be unused and in perfect condition.  Please look over the item closely.
• There is no charge for exchanges.
• Customer pays to ship exchange(s) to Rack Wear NYC.  
• Customer must include a note in the package stating the name on the order, their email address, and the new size(s) they would like.

RETURNS

Please read ALL of the following:

• Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of when your order was shipped out.
• Items must be unused and in perfect condition.  Please look over the item closely.
• There is no restocking fee for leggings, sports bras or shorts.
• There is a 20% restocking fee for shirts/tank orders totaling over $30.
• Customer pays to ship return(s) to Rack Wear NYC
• Customer must include a note in the package stating the name on the order, their email address, and that they would like a refund.

Policy:
